More than half Pinot Nero. The intensity of the color of this champagne is the result of the addition of about 10% Pinot Noir vinified as a still wine, with an abundant use of wood. Aromas of fresh, red fruit, even a bit wild, with touches of tamarind and bitter orange. The mouth dry, rather low dosage, vinous with alternations of red fruit, blood, and orange rind.
